Dr. Sharon Blue, DNP, APRN, ANP-C
Dr. Blue has been in nursing since 1996 and practicing medicine since 2012. She is one of the advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) in the Tampa Bay area that offers overall mind and body wellness programs to adult and geriatric patients in various settings. Dr. Blue is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner's in adult primary care. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council and the Florida Nurses Association. She was inducted in the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa. Dr. Blue is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing to practice as an autonomous practice APRN. She has experience in primary care, mental health, pain management, geriatric medicine, rheumatology and long-term care. She also enjoys mentoring and precepting fellow nurse practitioner students. She takes pride in giving back to the community by providing healthcare to those in underserved populations such as under or uninsured, homeless, mental health, HIV disease and risk prevention, addiction/transition care and other at-risk populations.

Robert Blue, VP, COO, ASN
Mr. Blue is the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Blue Horizon Medical Clinic. He has 25 years of experience in executive marketing and sales and an Associate of Science in Nursing degree. Mr. Blue oversees the day to operations and ensures Blue Horizon's community partner's needs are met to ensure patients achieve the highest level of healthcare. Mr. Blue's shared vision with Mrs. Blue is for Blue Horizon to heal communities one patient at a time. We will continue this work with the help of every organization that trust us with their residents. Our Practice
At Blue Horizon Medical Clinic, we pride ourselves in providing comprehensive and high quality health care services in the office, home, and long-term care settings.
We treat common medical illness which include the common cold, hypertension, diabetes, dementia, mental health, arthritis, cardiac disease, STD's, Hospice and more. We also provide preventive care such as Covid-19 testing and treatment, immunizations, physicals, routine testing such as scheduling mammograms, and other general health maintenance and preventative options. We feel it is vital for patient’s to have a provider that puts them at the center of their health care decisions and provide collaborating care with all of the patient’s health providers. We also pride ourselves in providing quality bedside care, professionalism and ease of getting in touch with the office staff, convenient scheduling, short wait times in a neat, clean and inviting environment.

Covid-19 Vaccinations Coming Soon
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our lives in many ways over the last several months. We here at Blue Horizon Medical Clinic has been an active participant in screening and treating patients diagnosed with the disease. Now we are are proud to announce we will be able to provide the community with Covid-19 vaccinations. We want to be able to combat this virus as much as possible to protect our patients and the community so we can get our lives back on track.
